Usage:
Members may visit monthly or every two months — your choice — a minimum of 3 visits-within the six-month period.
Terms & Conditions:

Membership is valid for six (6) months from activation.

The $50 membership fee will be refunded at the end of the term if all scheduled visits are completed. This will be discounted on your last session on your 6 month term. No cash back!

The $15 administration fee is non-refundable.

Membership benefits are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers. Discounts cannot be combined with other specials, spa packages, or promotions.
- Savings apply only to full-priced retail items.

If the membership is not utilized within the 2 months, the $50 fee will not be refunded. A minimum of 3 visits are mandatory for this membership and there is no maximum visits in the 6 month period.
- If a scheduled visit is missed or late cancelation, the member forfeits the rewards associated with that session and lose the membership entirely and will not be eligible for membership fee refund.
- Discounted retail products are not eligible; membership savings apply only to full-priced retail items.
- Membership discounts cannot be combined with our referral program.
Cancellation & Tardiness Policy:

Full pricing applies for any late arrival, no-show, or late cancellation.

After a second late arrival, no-show, or late cancellation, your membership will be automatically canceled, all applicable services will be charged at full price, and membership fees will not be refundable.

It will take 2 days to process your order plus Standard Shipping time of 5-12 business days to receive your order by mail in Canada. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you've recieved it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you've received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To do a return in person please contact us immediately to arrange a time at our shop at our clinic.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspected it and notify you that we have received your return item.
Once your return has been approved, we will initiate the return to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your credit card policies.
