To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you've received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To do a return in person please contact us immediately to arrange a time at our shop at our clinic.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspected it and notify you that we have received your return item.
Once your return has been approved, we will initiate the return to your credit card or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your credit card policies.
